LOCKDOWN - WEEK 27th APRIL: CLASS VIDEO MEETINGS

On the 7th week of lockdown, I'll be starting video meetings with each of my classes. The hours to meet will be hours in which we normally had one of our classes. The set time for each class, the video tutorial so you know what you have to do and the link are all shown on each of your Google Classroom groups. So go there to see.

It won't be exactly a class, just a moment to get in touch with you, talk a moment, you can ask any questions and doubts that you have. Hopefully, we could speak in English so it's also a practice.

Na 7ª semana de confinamento, empezarei a ter encontros por video con cada unha das miñas clases. As horas dos encontros serán horas nas que normalmente tiñamos unha das nosas clases. As horas fixadas para cada clase, o video tutorial para que saibades o que hai que facer e a ligazón as tedes en cada un dos vosos grupos de Google Classroom. Así que ide ali a ver.
Non serán exactamente clases, so un momento para manter contacto con vos, falar, podedes facer preguntas ou consultar dúbidas que teñades. Espero que poidamos falar en inglés así que tamén sería una práctica.

3rd TERM STARTS TODAY STILL UNDER LOCKDOWN

Welcome back after the Easter holidays. We're still waiting for the instructions from the Education Authorities for the following weeks depending on if we can go back to school or not.

Up to now, we've been told to keep reviewing and reinforcing the lessons

we've worked in class before the lockdown. Any questions or doubts you have, please contact me through email.

On Wednesday there might be new instructions.

Keep in touch with your Google Classroom group to see all the information and assignments.

Benvidos despois das vacacións de Semana Santa. Ainda estamos esperando instruccións da Consellería para as vindeiras semanas dependendo de se regresamos ás aulas ou non.

Ata o momento, dixéronnos que sigamos a repasar e reforzar as leccións

EASTER 2020: LOCKED IN HOLIDAYS

ANSWERS TO EXERCISES & EASTER HOLIDAYS 

This morning I've posted the answers to the set exercises I gave you at the beginning of this week. You can find them on each of the groups of my Google Classroom.

Today we start our Easter holidays, although we'll have to spend them at home. I'm not assigning any more exercises in this time. Try to enjoy them as much as possible.

During this time, I'm expecting new instructions to see if the lockdown is prolonged and what the educational authorities tell us to do for the 3rd term depending on what happens. I'll let you know in following posts. Keep in touch. Keep calm and take care.

Hoxe empezamos as vacacións de Semana Santa, ainda que teremos que pasalo na casa. Non vou marcar mais actividades neste tempo. Intentade pasalo o mellor posible.

REMOTE WORKING FROM HOME DURING LOCKDOWN (MARCH-APRIL 2020) + GOOGLE CLASSROOM

I've been working and still am to provide the best ways to keep connected through this lockdown.

Apart from this blog ClickOnEnglish, which I've been using for over 10 years now, I have set up new Google Classroom groups for each of my classes to keep in touch with my students and share all the information with them. Any of my students who haven't registered and joined their group yet, can still get their class-code emailing me at:
